Quartz plate/sheet usually smelted and cut by quartz, they have a silica content of over 99.99%. The hardness is seven grades of Mohs, and it has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance, and good electrical insulation performance.


The Quartz glass plate/sheet can be customized at the customer's request.

Quartz Flanges are designed in such a manner that will fix two endpoints of the tube. These flanges can be available in Milky and Translucent Form. Quartz flange is used in experiments, chemical analysis, tests, etc. due to its following properties-

  1. High-temperature resistance glass can work under 1250°C continuously, and in short, time can even work under 1450°C, its softening point is 1730°C.

  2. Quartz glass will not react chemically with acid except hydrofluoric.
